- All Day or Evening Conference
-
This experience rises above the typical conference because of its holistic approach to the development of the emerging leader. The one day model is compiled of intense, biblical and life changing lessons that provide the opportunity for a student to inherit the necessary rules and tools to be a person of influence in his or her culture. This model will consist of four to six sessions taught by some of the most prominent and capable communicators on the planet. Each student will be provided with:
- A listening guide
- One Meal
- All sessions including teaching and concerts
This model has been crafted with the hectic schedule of the student pastor and educator in mind. Realizing the difficulty of attending a two-day conference, Model One allows a significant amount of time to challenge and train the students without the logistical hassle of overnight lodging and nights away from home. The one-day model can work any day of the week.
- Two-Day/Weekend Conference
-
This experience rises above the typical conference because of its holistic approach to the development of the emerging leader. The two-day day model is compiled of intense, biblical and life changing lessons that provide the opportunity for a student to inherit the necessary rules and tools to be a person of influence in his or her culture. This conference will typically begin on an evening and end late afternoon the following day. Model Two is designed to keep logistical setup at a minimum by allowing the educator or youth pastor, who is coming from a considerable distance, to only spend one night away from home. This model will consist of four to six sessions taught by some of the most prominent and capable communicators on the planet. Each student will be provided with:
- A listening guide
- One meal
- All sessions including teaching and concerts
While this model can be used any two days of the week, a suggested format that has been found successful in many cities is to begin on a Friday evening and finish late Saturday afternoon.
